Refund Policy

I want you to feel good about the work we do together. Here's how refunds are handled across each service.

1:1 sessions & strategy reviews

• Cancel 48+ hours before the session — full refund, or reschedule at no cost.
• Cancel within 48 hours — 50% refund, or one free reschedule within 30 days.
• No-shows — not refundable, but I'll usually offer a paid reschedule if life genuinely got in the way.

Mentorship programs

If you decide mentorship isn't the right fit, email me within 7 days of your first session for a full refund. After that window, refunds are pro-rated based on sessions delivered.

Consulting engagements

Consulting work is governed by the signed Statement of Work. Refund and cancellation terms are defined per engagement and supersede this page.

How to request a refund

Email hello@dcrryl.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please talk to me first. Almost everything can be resolved by email faster than a chargeback.
