Refund Policy

All purchases made through Cranes are final. No refunds are issued on any product or service, including Discord access, the Course, and Mentorship.

Discord

Billed quarterly. You can cancel at any time — your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Course

One-time payment. Non-refundable upon purchase.

Mentorship

One-time payment. If mentorship isn't the right fit, you must request a refund before your first session. After the first session, no refunds are issued.
